Building “A” is designated for public use and is positioned along Samokovsko Shose, serving as a buffer that shields the residential buildings within the complex from noise.

Residential Buildings “B” and “C” are identical and are located within the interior of the complex, surrounded by landscaped park areas. Each building comprises 14 apartments. In Building “B”, 13 apartments are currently available, while Building “C” is fully sold out.
